Finally I've had a minute to look through some pictures from our trip to southern Utah over spring break. I hadn't ever gone to Arches National Park or Moab and we decided to make that a part of our trek this year. Everything was great until the highway was closed because of snow on our way from St. George to Moab and we had to spend the night in a little town called Beaver before we could continue on. We did, however, find the best Mexican food at a little Mexican restaurant called Fiesta Mexicana.
We averaged about three hours in the car a day. Thankfully we had Harry Potter on loan from some friends and made it through 8 of the 50 discs.
